Current Exhibition
Fragilités & Résiliences, Paris.

Thibault Gerbaldi is a self-taught Leica photographer whose work explores the relationship between people, place, and culture across some of the world’s most remote and diverse environments. Moving between documentary, travel, and portrait photography, he seeks images that combine visual strength with human depth.
His work has received international recognition, notably 1st Prize at the Siena Awards, 1st Prize at the International Photography Awards, and the Rising Talent Award at Travel Photographer of the Year. His photographs have also been recognized by PX3, MonoVisions, and the International Travel Photography Awards. In 2025, three of his photographs were selected for Around the World with Leica, the centenary exhibition held at Leica’s headquarters in Wetzlar.
In 2026, he was selected by the French Senate to present Fragilités & Résiliences, a four-month solo outdoor exhibition displayed on the gates of the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris.
His photographs have been published in Leica Fotografie International, All About Photo, Digital Camera, and other specialized media.
Alongside his photographic practice, he supports humanitarian initiatives through projects connected to the dissemination of his books and prints, outside of a commercial framework.
